Strike a pose!

Phew it's hot!
An early walk/run to try and beat the heat. We went to Leanachan where there's a circular route you can do; I set off running one way and Mr Cakes and the dogs went the other and we met at just about 5k. I was very pleased to see all my boys; not least because they had the water!
So that's week 9 of our couch to 5k done; I think I'm officially off the couch!
Shopping trip to Fort William for BBQ supplies and then I think I may be mostly sitting down in the shade!
