One Street

It was a bit like shooting fish in a barrel on One Street this morning. It seems that everyone is taking advantage of the good weather and getting on the water for the weekend. I have seldom seen it busier.

This is Derek, a one street regular who you may have seen before. He has a lovely nomadic lifestyle along this stretch of one street. But even so there are patterns and routines to his life. I met him yesterday when he was moored just to the west of the village of Moore. On Thursday nights he meets up with a few of his pals in the Red Lion at Moore.

This is him this morning sailing the couple of miles to Stockton Heath to spend the evening with another group of pals in the London Bridge pub.
