Blue Sky At Last

I worked from home today and started my day with my usual pre-work walk.  It was a nice morning, but there was a cool wind.  I had a hospital appointment before I started work.  The nurse was pleased with my progress, and I even go to look at it, for the first time in a week.  It’s still not very pleasant to but definitely not as bad as last week.  The nurse cleaned it up again and put a new dressing on.  It was definitely no nearly as sore as last week – which must be a good sign.
 
Work was work!  I managed to escape for a quick lunchtime walk in the sunshine and wind.  I had a busy afternoon, which means that tomorrow will also be busy. 
 
I was just logging off when TT appeared home.  H cooked again, while I popped out for a few bits and pieces.  TT was out at rugby training.  We had the leftover chicken curry pie for tea – it was delicious.
 
This is the first time we have had sunshine and a blue sky since last Wednesday.  Thank goodness the greyness has gone.
