The changing of the guard

Acting as tourist guide to my sister and two nieces yesterday in London. Far too hot for sightseeing, but it had to be done! We struck it lucky (as I didn't research it) and saw the changing of the guard at both Horse Guards Parade and Buckingham Palace.
