2nd weekly review at Spire Stretton Hospital with the consulatant he's very happy with how the repair is going lots of bone mush honey combe in the middle but its all lokking good need to keep wearing the sling to make sure it heals good to last a life time and not get on push bike (or moto bikes as if)
The other arm is killing at the moment looks like I've been doing to much distance and too quick with the crutch and have muscle strain on the forearm whats that all about lol.
Nothing to do for 4 weeks now then hopefully we can start the physio work on the plated arm and the rest of my body to get back to normal fitness wheyheyyyyyyyy
Its bloody hot outside but I think I can manage an hour in it before tea time take care and hope you all have a wonderful weekend
