Wow. This place is fantastic.

Before going to the restaurant I'd just finished reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. The owner of this restaurant fits the book's concept of "Quality" perfectly; he clearly has mastered food as both a technical skill and an art; and is passionate about what he does.

I had the Wild Boar, which was delicious and tender.

?100 for four people, three courses, including two bottles of wine and some excellent port after pudding. Cracking value for money!
