Chilling

A lazy day and blip - had lie in - didn’t get up until 8am - only physical activity has been trip to supermarket with M - even then didn’t walk down every aisle - rest of day spent knitting - reading and adding pieces to jigsaw - have quite enjoyed just chilling out
