Perth ice rink . . .

. . . was the venue for this year's Coaching and Development Conference. The morning started with some good speakers and interesting topics but the after lunch time on-ice wasn't great. Nothing to do with the coaches who were updating us on the latest practices. It was simply too one-sided and the delegates ended up standing around on the ice for almost 2 hours watching and listening. It was freezing.
