Back blip

Apart from John being in a lot of pain and feeling sorry for him, it's been a nice week.  Girls settled back into school, this one looking so grown up now.  Went to see a sports therapist today as my knee has been sore since my long walk last Saturday.  She said it isn't anything serious, just a superficial injury.  She gave my knee a massage, ultra sound treatment and strapped it up.   Blipping this on Sunday and whatever she did has helped it loads.  She is going to strap it up for me again on Friday before the big walk on Satuday.
