Supple

Went over to Congleton this afternoon to catch up with Alice and Ralph.  Alice is a member of ACRO - a dance and acrobatic club - and here she is demonstrating her suppleness.   She also showed us how to do the splits and now has an acrobatic bar installed in the garden.   I might have a go at some of these activties, maybe tomorrow.
