Gary

Unfortunately I had the responsibility today of telling my girlfriends that our mate "American Gary" passed away a few days ago of a stroke. 

One of those Irish craic things where one friend comes across a lost American tourist in London, finds out they're on the same flight to Dublin, takes them under their wing, and he ends up staying at my house :) 

But true to his word, Gary returned the favour, and he and his wife Gail hosted me on my first trip to the USA (San Diego) a year or two later.

Hard to believe this was taken almost 20 years ago. It sucky-sucks. :(
