Rowing machine - done ✔️
Leg press - done ✔️
Leg extension - done ✔️
BB squats - done ✔️
Cross-trainer - done ✔️ for the first time ever!
Abdominal crunches - done ✔️
Lateral Leg lifts - done ✔️
Little sets but so good to do and absolutely NO PAIN in my new knee!
