Sunday swimmers
Just before we departed from Pembrokeshire, two of our friends went for a morning swim. Note their determined stride.
Saturday was possibly the best day of the trip, including a visit to the beautiful lily ponds at Bosherton. Quite apart from the actual lilies and the Eight Arch Bridge (yes, we counted the arches) we saw an otter. Unfortunately he/she was too far away and swimming too fast to photograph clearly with an inadequate lens.
From there down to one of the most beautiful beaches in Wales - Broad Haven. Thence, after a pint of Brains at the St Govan's Inn and a quick visit to a delightful small church, we went on to Stackpole Walled Gardens, owned by the National Trust and operated by Mencap.
