Panopticon!

This is Ted sat inside the Panopticon which is in Pendle about three miles from our house on the way to Howarth.
This one is called Atom. There is one in Burnley called the singing ringing tree and one in Rossendale called Halo.
They are 21st century landmarks for East Lancashire.
Google them and have a good look.
