todays good things :

OT brought me a bit of independence…a basket &tray with this gadget on top to transport a cup of tea or coffee……

Pharmacist rang and gave me a few weeks more painkillers…..

and i walked with an Ashwood carer in the corridor outside my area about 25 meters

and my cleaner changed my bed and cleaned the app……so many blessings ……i’m so very thankful!
