Long day and I'm out at Bible Journalling group tonight!

In other news, I'm privileged to be asked to provide a seminar on our church away day (lasting 45 minutes, help!).....long time since I've done anything like this - its on Celtic Prayer for those who are interested.  


Any guidance would be helpful.  I'm sure I shouldn't talk for the whole session, but I've got to make it clear without being boring...and maybe find something those who attend can do too...
