No ring ring

The postman always rings twice. Well, our postman postwoman does  not ring twice, nor once. She just puts the mail in the mailbox at the bottom of the house's entrance. 
And she does not do that twice a day, only twice a week, sometimes three. But only if there is mail to put in. Most of the time, there is not
So lovely, some think, no bills. Well, we do not get rid of them, they come safely via the internet. Without ringing.
