Hard Rock

Monday is the day that I usually work from home, and also the day that I walk the least. Countered this a little today by getting out for a stroll at lunchtime and trying to reduce the time I was sat down while I worked. Still a very sedentary day.

Crumble made with fresh apricots for pudding. I'll be sad when they're all gone.
