BLANKET

A lap blanket that my younger sister made when she was only nine or ten years old, for my husband's granny.
Granny was an amazing lady, she was badly burned in an explosion and house fire when she was a newly wed, she suffered horrific injuries to her arms, hands and face. 
However, she still had four children and lived to 96.
I sent the pic of the blanket to my sister; she was surprised I still had it.
