Build it and they will come

And they did, and made them take it down. It used to be that two things were certain, death and taxes. But now there is a third, the Council Plannering department. There was a problem over planning permission and the end result was they had to take it down. It is a pity really, it was a nice structure but the planning department took umbage and decided it had to go.
