Bug's away!

Not sure what this is I think it's a Damsel Fly.
I managed to take 2 photo's of it, but it kept flying & hovering, then settling briefly.
Very pretty in a Turquoise/blue, hovering around the Pond that I want to turn into a Bog Garden, but I need a new Pond dug first.
I had a busy morning wallpapering my Bedroom with the left over paste from the Bathroom. :o)
