Back blip

This year’s CETA conference (for trainers and assessors on Cambridge CELTA courses) was held in Oxford House, Barcelona on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. It was the first time I’d attended anything like this face-to-face since the pandemic! It was great fun to see colleagues again from all over the world and many of us had only ever met and worked together online. There were people here from all over, including as far away as Australia and South Africa! Some very informative workshops and talks and lots of food for thought.

The main pic is at the end of the day on Saturday when there were drinks and nibbles on the school’s terrace from 8-9.30pm. The extra is of a group of us who went on afterwards. Thanks to Bb for both shots. He joined us on the school’s terrace and for the drinks afterwards in the Barrio Gotico. We weren’t quite so bright-eyed and bushy-tailed on the Sunday morning!
