A morning of contrasts

Fog and gloom.
Chilly start.
Then the sunshine and lovely blue sky.

RSPB Middleton Lakes was fabulous. Merlin, and I, both heard the kingfisher, but no sighting. A lovely range of wildlife, including a Great Egret, all the regulars, plus some spectacular spiders webs (extra)

But who can resist a robin ?
