WOKKA WOKKA

No Not Fozzy Bear but a Chinook flying over The Bay this morning.

A busy day today.  Now the change in weather is all down to me, because due to being so busy over the next few weeks, having a visitor and the sort of summer weather we've had I decided it was time to get the Autumn and Winter wardrobe out and put Spring and Summer firmly away.  Naturally as soon as I did this the weather changed - ta da!!!!!

Now with going to Fife this coming weekend I'm going to have to take two sets of clothes one for  summer one for autumn - just in case.  Still it's only for 2 days there and 2 days of travel so won't need too much anyway.

Whilst I was on a break from sorting the clothes out I heard a racket outside and looked out to see a Chinook going over Allithwaite direction, but it was banking and came round over The Bay.  Of course, by the time I'd grabbed the camera, unlocked and opened the balcony doors it was almost gone, thankfully the pilot, or someone must have seen me as they turned round and came back again  and did a little bit of a nod by the tree - it was just completing the nod in the largest photo!!!  I know they're not great photos as I didn't have time to change the settings and it was soooo bright, by the time I'd got the focus sorted out it had moved on of couse - but then with the Chinook being so easily identified by it's shape it's sort of OK.  I prefer to see where the aircraft is as well, location wise, otherwise it oculd be anywhere couldn't it.  Just me rambling hope you like them anyway.
