Evening Sky on Portobello High Street

Taken on the way back from Monday night football. My first game since I had Covid and turned out very well. We were six-a-side which can mean there are more opportunities on the ball than when there are more players. I started well with our team's opening goal and scored another soon after as the teams traded goals. Despite scoring a third the others were ahead by two when S on our team hit the post with a long range shot and they broke away to score. Instead of only one goal behind we were now three in arrears. I took my turn in goal and managed to get across in time to palm D's goal-bound effort away for a corner. I'd like to think that inspired the team but whatever it was we clawed level and then took the lead. A offered to take over in goal for the last few minutes and I scored another to put us further ahead before rounding things off with my fifth goal after a good team move to leave us winners by three. That's probably my best game for a while so I'll enjoy it while I can!
