Self Portrait From The Side

Last night went better for Little Man and myself in regards to the sleep. Little Man was ready to start the day at 5:45 a.m. instead of yesterday's 4 a.m. which was a relief, but still a bit too early.

Nursery was a success, as usual, and Little Man managed to stay for the duration. I made two trips to the stationary shop and post office, to see if my dad's parcel had turned up. The first time I went they were still closed (15 minutes after it was due to have opened) and the second time, they hadn't have the parcel and they weren't able to track it as my dad hadn't been given a barcode. I have a feeling that the parcel has been returned to the sender, and I don't know why. The postal service here in the Netherlands isn't very reliable.

Little Man and I have had a quiet afternoon. He slept for a few hours and then watched some Fireman Sam. I put some coconut oil in my hair for a few hours (I've just washed it out). I've been using coconut oil as a natural hair mask for almost ten years and have found that it works well at keeping my hair soft and stops it getting brittle.
