Diet Lunch

Korean culture is based on eating three cooked meals a day. That's 3 COOKED meals a day. It seems like something from the 50s, but even then, I'm not sure all lunches were cooked.

The boy's girl wanted a recipe for greek salad. Not much cooking there, I said. However, she is prepared to relax that for the joys of her Santorini style lunch.

In return, she sent me this recipe, which was described as simple, easy to make, only a few ingredients, and very refreshing. In fact, in Korea, it is called diet lunch.....am I missing something? Anyway, it was delicious.

The sun is still playing, so I'm catching up with jobs at the allotment.
