Autumnal Sunshine!

Autumn is a season which on it's best days carries more gold in it's pockets than all the other seasons.

It has been described as the year's last, loveliest smile and on days such as today it's easy to see why.

There was no way I could waste anything as precious as the autumnal sunshine by not going out on two wheels. I took my favourite hilly evening loop which goes up to Halifax Sailing Club on Cold Edge Road. It's so high up, hidden and peaceful. A real treat!

The route also allows me to go through Oxenhope and Leeming...also a treat.
