Down Under

This painting decorates the waiting room at the dentist’s. It is perfect for a waiting room, as there is so much in it - so much variety in the colours and textures, the way the paint is applied, and a wealth of Australian symbols. Yet with all this variety it works as a whole. It kept me absorbed until it was my turn in the chair for a checkup.
