In the park

Will was at nursery today and Bek working. Bek took us into town and we had lunch with her in the Pantiles. We wandered around in town while she worked. As it was sunny we took Will and Mason to the park for a run around late afternoon. I’ve walked almost 8000 steps today and the knee feels good with no pain.
