The extra is taken first thing this morning and the main blip just as I was closing the drapes tonight. Really cold start to the day but came right and I got quite a bit of gardening done
A ring from a friend to say her husband has had to go into full time Alzheimer's care, makes one realise how fortunate we are to have all our faculties and be out living our lives however we wish to live them
Am trying to do another task towards shifting each day. Today as well as gardening it was the book shelves.
