Remarkables Mountains’ …..

….. ….. ….. reflections in the Lower Shotover River pools this morning. The river is high and full of snow melt now.

Missy & I walked up the river towards snowy Coronet Peak until we ran out of track. Birds are nesting on the river flats now so I had to keep her on the lead which is a bit frustrating but it’s worth it.

I thought it was going to be the last physio visit today but the Physio started work on the fascia of my arm - it’s fascinating what she comes up with! I think she’s a clever practitioner - and the wrist/thumb/arm have all improved. That was quite some fall I had because of that ice 16 weeks ago.
