A nasty fall

Last night I fell down the stairs from top to bottom and even broke the banister. Cuts and extensive bruising everywhere but so lucky I didn’t break anything. Feel very shaken up and in a lot of pain and I feel so bad that I will have to cancel the visit of a couple of blippers who were due to stay with me this weekend.
