Sculptor's Cave

The Sculptor's Cave is located near the base of cliffs below Covesea in the Moray Firth. With Pictish, Roman and Bronze Age inscriptions lining the walls it has been subject to frequent archaeological excavation with various finds including neck bones showing evidence of ritual beheadings being displayed in both the National Museums Scotland and the local Elgin Museum.
