Damn....

....tried my best to help Aunty K with her important form filling today, but she just wasn't up to it. Very frustrating for everyone. 

Home and after some chores, I took off on my bike and headed on the fast road to Kelso. I was there in 37 mins which is pretty good because Google tells me that it should take 55mins. Go me!  Naturally, the journey home, up the hill, on farm tracks and into the wind was a bit more laboured. Smashing day for cycling though. Bumped into Alan at Newton Don. Alan is 82 and has cycled as long as he can remember.. He recently gave-in to peer pressure and bought an electric bike and loves it.
