Strange markings.

We went to Camborne this morning. Noticed these marks all through the town on pavements and road.its not long ago when we seen the same at Penzance.it has been a nice day here.i started with a sore throat earache and cough yesterday. Did a covid test which was negative. Just end of a summer cold I expect.
