Health and Happiness

It is heritage week. Because of that there was a tour of Torquay Town Hall.
It was a very interesting look in some of the civic rooms. The town’s motto is Salus et Felicitas - health and happiness, stemming from Torquay’s reputation as a health resort, and particularly a place to recover from consumption. The motto is everywhere in the building.
