MrC and the BBQ at the end of another lovely day!

It was going to be a blip of the fruit farm where we picked some more gooseberries today, but I forgot the camera!
Will have to remember it next time.

So here is a photo of MrC doing tonight's BBQ.

Mushrooms, tomatoes, jacket potatoes, Beef burgers from the farm shop,
and chicken marinated in my own concoction.
Olive oil ,balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, crushed garlic, chilli sauce, fresh chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage ) pinch of ginger, salt and black pepper.
Cut chicken breasts into chunks and put on skewers, and it tastes so good on a BBQ.
A few glasses of good French red wine , strawberries and ice cream to finish,and a great evening was had by us both!

Looking forward to the weekend.
A BBQ at our friends tomorrow, and walking in the Dales on Sunday!
