WEDDING CAKE FRENZY!

2 cakes
one with 5 tiers
one with one tier but 80 individual cheesecakes..

ALL to be made on one of the hottest days of 2013 (and delivered on another hot day!!)
The fridge decided to die..and we had to hire a fridge pronto....luckily theres a leisure hire place on the same industrial estate..worried~us~!?

well...it was one of the most stressful days ive ever had but.. strangely~ i enjoyed it!

The cakes looked amazing~even if i was making white roses till the cows came home~ and struggling with marble that didnt want to stay cold!!

i learnt alot today!

(never trust a fridge / and be grateful for air con..being two of them!)

i just hope the cakes reach their destinations 'intact'

now its friday eve.. the wines open and im starting to chill(aka feel tiddly!!)

what a week!
