Liverpool street art
I'd intended to visit the cathedral, but a succession of mishaps limited my time in Liverpool, so I sought out some of the excellent street artists and buskers around Liverpool One. As I approached this one, I assumed it was one of those artists that stand really still and only change position when a coin is thrown in the collecting box.
Not so. She's a statue made by the artist Rory Macbeth (with his creation in extras)
She caught lots of people out, but Rory was on hand to show the creative process on his mobile phone.
Other buskers included two young men who were playing hit songs and signing the lyrics. Very interesting to watch.
