walk to Cawsands

Had to be in town for U/S on my foot at 10:30. Very civilised. Much better than going to Derriford Hospital. Managed to get the 11:15 ferry to Cremyll. Lovely walk via Empacombe to Maker Church then down to Kingsands / Cawsands. Amazing lunch at the Canteen at Maker Heights. We had heard good things about it and it didn't disappoint. Home about 6pm so long day and about 15 miles. The legs ache!!
