Regret

The 3 Ms made it, finally, to Somerleyton.

We are scones on arrival and Marion purchased a map.  We laughed our way around the various points marked on the map, taking photos and videos to amuse ourselves, elicit comments from some other visitors to the garden and send others in a different direction.

We were underwhelmed by the pond that,.the map claimed,.was once home to a sealion and were not surprised that the owner of an 'on loan' sculpture was happy for an extended loan.

There were some .magnificent trees, some impressive topiary, a maze and a rather splendid orangery.

All in all, a super day out.

Happy to confirm that we will not be regretting any of our antics when looking at the photos later, as it was suggested we would, by one man who observed us.
