Despite his youth and relatively small stature, he is already an alarmingly quick left arm bowler - hitting speeds above 85mph - and of course he still has time to grow. Fortunately, from a Surrey perspective, he was unsuccessful until he picked up two late wickets by which time Surrey had established a useful first innings lead in this must win Championship match. Durham seems to be a breeding ground for quality fast bowlers, and I wouldn't be surprised to see this lad in an England shirt in the not too distant future
