Another Walk

Today, my friend Mary expanded on Noreen and Donna’s idea yesterday of wheelchair for rest breaks and we headed off across the street to Parkwood, but instead of to the gardens, we went to the gift shop. Mary is very good at multi-tasking! So,  I got my exercise and an outing and she got to shop!

Mary is a long-time friend from my teaching days and moved to Grand Manan in New Brunswick when she retired. She flew up here yesterday to look after my house, pamper my cat Maggie, and cater to my every whim for two weeks while my daughter is away. 

Could I ask for better friends?
