Spring Time in Akaroa

I left the house at 8:30 am on my trip over to Akaroa and arrived back home again at 6 pm. My friend and I were working none stop packing up the kitchen and bedroom wardrobe. As the cabinets have to be removed and parts and maybe all may have to be replaced. I could never have done it on my own. We were both exhausted. 

The lady from the drape company who was  doing the insurance claim for the window coverings was great. She noticed a plant at the back of the garage I couldn't get to and wanted to rescue it for me. 

I am so tired this evening so will catch up with your blips when I can.
