River Torrens

Went for a walk and thought the river looked rather nice looking towards the Henley Beach Bridge.
They are doing some work on the Bridge at present and it is going to take over 12 months to complete. Traffic speed is restricted at times. I have yet to walk up and see exactly what they are doing.
