Paddleboarding on the River Derwent

Had a fabulous morning paddleboarding on the Derwent - due to the rains, the river was particularly deep, so we were able to get further upstream than we've managed before. Paddling against the current was particularly hard work, but the return downstream was amazing!

Twisted my knee in the afternoon, just turned awkwardly in the lounge (it's happened before, so should mend in a few days) - Didn't get any sympathy at the camera club though ;-)))
