Up in lights

We picked up these lights for Kara’s room from IKEA. Got them up today while she was at preschool. She was amazed by them.

I would have loved this kind of thing as a kid. But decent battery powered lights weren’t really a thing. Now everything is LED the batteries should last a decent amount of time.

I got the chance to watch the end of Kara’s swimming lesson today. Was lovely to see her so comfortable in the water. Even goggles off, head back and kicking her legs. Look like she’ll be a water kid like me at this rate.
