Street tree

I love this tree, standing tall in the street again a blue sky backdrop. There are several amazing trees lining the streets in our neighbourhood. My assumption is that they were here before the houses were built back in the early 1900s. Of course that could be wrong … but I like to think of them keeping a watching eye on the various comings and goings over the last century.
