Busy day

Been tidying up in the garden today and the hip did well - it has become less and less painful as the day went on.
This afternoon I cleaned up downstairs and it hardly gave me any pain - just have to be careful not to twist at all. 
Spotted this bee in the rock rose in our back garden this morning.
